Obituary of Mica Lyn Angers

Mica L. Angers (Halamicek), of Loveland, CO passed from her earthly journey into eternal life at the age of 69 on Friday (3/17/23) in Loveland. Mica was the beloved wife of Douglas L. Angers and daughter of William H. Halamicek and Doris J. Halamicek (Roberts) of Loveland and formerly of Oklahoma. She was born on February 11, 1954 in Houston, Texas and had resided in Loveland for the past 13 years, prior to that she resided in Enfield, Connecticut.

Mica attended Wilson Elementary school in Oklahoma City and was a graduate of Classen High School also in Oklahoma City class of 1972. Mica was the focal point for many social gatherings for both her family as well as her community. She was a magnetic person and brought together the people around her to share her light and joy for life. Mica had a great love of the outdoors and for all animals. She also enjoyed camping, hiking, canoeing and most of all spending time with her family.

Mica was extremely generous, always giving her all to bring joy to others. Mica was known to help anyone in need. Mica loved sending her family and friends gifts and items that brought her joy.  Mica sent her older sister many gifts over the years, which are there to remind Laurel of her every day. She will be, and is, dearly missed.

 
Mica is survived by her children: Jason, Isaac and wife Yumiko, Benjamin and wife Maureen, Beverly and Annastasia.  She is also survived by her grandchildren Dylan, Suzu, Sola, Sean, Hunter, and Grace. Mica is also survived by siblings Laurel, Bill, and Grady Halamicek.
