Obituary of Laura Louise Cudmore

Laura Louise Cudmore, age 70, of Loveland, CO. passed peacefully at Aspen House Memory Care & Assisted Living, Sunday, April 9, 2023.

     Laura was born on May 1, 1952, the first-born of 5 children born to Glen and Doris (Dode) Cudmore.  She was baptized in the First Lutheran Church in Crary, ND.  She graduated from Park River High School in 1970.  Laura continued her education at Lutheran Bible Institute (LBI) of Seattle and received her degree from the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, CO.

     Laura was a passionate lover of all animals, that said, her best friend and confidante was her horse, Nibs.  They had a special bond and love for one another.  Laura delighted in telling stories of their adventures and of their enchanting affection for each other.  She often spoke that when she passed, Nibs would be waiting to greet her.

     She is survived by her four brothers, David (Sherri’) Cudmore, St. Paul, MN, Michael (Charlotte) Cudmore, Allen James Cudmore, Paul (Wendi) Cudmore all of Loveland, CO.; two Nieces, Jenny (Cody) Shaffer, Greeley, CO. and Kristin (Alex) Rodenburg, Loveland, CO.; and one Nephew, Chase (Laura) Cudmore, Edmond, OK.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen & Doris Cudmore.
