Obituary of Nancy Gail Klamm

Nancy Gail Klamm, age 74, passed away from cancer complications on Friday, September 23, 2022 at home in Loveland, Colorado.

Nancy was born October 13th, 1947 in Miami, Florida to Albert and Elsie (Clance) Neff.

She grew up in Hialeah and graduated high school at Hialeah High School in 1965.

Nancy then went to Florida State University in Tallahassee and graduated with a degree in Anthropology. While at FSU she joined the judo team and earned a brown belt in judo. After college, Nancy took a position with the US Army (as a civilian) in Seoul, Korea where she met her husband, Robert Klamm.

After returning to the US, Nancy settled in the Sacramento area and began her career with the State of California. She worked at various departments within the State and eventually became a property appraiser in San Diego which was where she retired. In 2013, Nancy moved to Colorado to be closer to her sister and they settled in Loveland.

Nancy loved adventures and travel and was an avid reader. She also loved the water and visiting exotic, tropical locations where she could snorkel and scuba dive. Nancy held a special place in her heart for all animals, but really loved dogs. 

Nancy’s family and friends will always remember her contagious laugh and her easy going personality. She was a very sincere, independent, and strong individual who lived life to it’s fullest. She is survived by her sister, Alisa Neff, various cousins, dear friends and her puppy, Sailor.

A private memorial will be held at a later time.
