Patrizio Santibanez

Obituary of Patrizio J. Santibanez

Patrizio Santibanez was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on July 25, 2002. He died too young on August 25, 2022 in a car accident.

“Pato” started doing karate at age 4 at West Coast martial arts, earned his first black belt at age 9, and earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do at age 11. He was currently a purple belt in Brazilian jujitsu at Trials MMA.

He had a birthmark on his lower back of a cross, and his mom always said it was because he was her gift from God! But now she knows it was God marking him, because He would need someone extra special and would call upon him when the time came. She just wishes it wasn’t so soon.

He was in his last semester at Front Range Community College and worked at Target in Fort Collins. He graduated from Poudre High school. His hobbies included hiking, bowling, working out and MMA.

Pato leaves behind his parents, Antonio and April Santibanez, and his sister, Ariel. He was the sweetest most thoughtful son his parents could have ever imagined, and the best big brother to Ariel. He was strong and confident yet gentle and humble. He left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
