Obituary of Philip Thompson Smith

Philip Thompson Smith, born in 1933 in Ft. Collins, Colorado to Newell W. Smith and Florence Reeve Smith,  passed away July ,2022 in Loveland, Colorado.
Phil was a star athlete in track and field at Boulder High School in Boulder, Colorado where he graduated in 1951. Corporal Philip T Smith served his country in the Army from 1952-1954 during the Korean War. After working 30 years as a linemen for Boulder Public Service, he retired to his cabin in Ward, Colorado, where the bears, big cats and tiny wildlife kept him entertained. His true lifelong passion was photography which he used to document his travels around the world and throughtout the United States. As a avid mountaineer, he climbed peaks everywhere he went and enjoyed all kinds of outdoor adventures in the mountains. 
Phil is survived by his sister Marilyn E. (Smith) Gale of Ft. Collins, Colorado and Howard G. Smith of Palm Beach, Florida.
