Renee Maples

Obituary of Renee Maples

(Joey) Renee Maples passed away in Loveland on July 3, 2022, surrounded by her two daughters and her great friend of 17 years, Marc Monson. She was born in the State of Washington on June 7, 1956 to Don Maples and Carol Jean Maples (Wood). She moved to Colorado in 1980 and made it her forever home.

Renee loved the outdoors. She was a very hard worker her entire life and had recently realized her dream of having a small cabin near the river in the Colorado foothills. She enjoyed peaceful drives through the mountains, had an affinity for fly-fishing and collected anything related to butterflies and hearts. She had a green thumb and enjoyed spending time in her flower garden being followed around by her two little Shih-Tzu’s, Abbey and Duste. She enjoyed entertaining and loved being surrounded by lots of friends. Her nieces say she had the best, most infectious laugh there was. She also very much enjoyed spending time with her children and grand-children.

She is survived by her two sisters, Donna Crawford and Dee Gonia; her three children, Jennifer Bieber (Pacini), Christopher Corbett and Alicia Corbett; three grandchildren, (Max (16) - Christoper) and (Emma (10) + Harlow (6) - Jennifer); as well as her five nieces and two nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Don and Carol Jean. Heaven has gained another angel and we know she is watching over us all.
