Obituary of Elsie May Allshouse

Elsie May Allshouse was born on May 10, 1930 in Loveland, Colorado to Leland Potter and Retta Studyvin. She had two sisters, Peggy and Mary. Elsie grew up in Loveland and graduated from Bill Reed High School in 1947. It was that same year on July 5 that she married William Allshouse in Missouri. They lived in Arizona, Hawaii and Florida but finally retired in the Longmont/Loveland area. They spent many years at the Wexford facility where they had fun in walking groups, Wii bowling tournaments and having meals with family. They were blessed with 69 years together until Bill's passing in 2017. Elsie had a career in management retail. Elsie enjoyed many hobbies from crocheting to helping in the famous Loveland Valentine remail program. She rarely missed a Broncos game. Elsie passed away at the age of 91 on January 6, 2022. She is survived by her daughter, Connie Campbell and her husband Dave Campbell. She was a devoted Mother, Grandma, Great Grandma and friend to many. A celebration of life will be held on February 5th at 1 pm at Viegut Funeral Home in Loveland.
