Obituary of Justin John Depperschmidt

Justin John Depperschmidt, 42, of Loveland, Colorado, passed away at his home on January 25, from a cardiac arrest.

     Justin was born on August 17, 1979 in Fort Collins, Colorado.  Justin grew up in Loveland and attended the Loveland schools.   He graduated from Ferguson Alternative High School.  Then he went to Manpower Employment, to be trained in electronics and then went to work at Advanced Energy in Fort Collins, Colorado.  There he worked second shift for 24 years, until his passing.  

     In 2014, Justin married the love of life, Shanna Rankin.  Justin and Shanna made their home in Loveland, Colorado.  Justin loved his wife, Shanna, Star Wars, his Harley Davidson motorcycle, his cats, and target shooting with his guns.  Justin's sense of humor could lift your spirits and make you smile.

     Justin is survived by his wife Shanna, his father Alan Depperschmidt and his wife Glenna of Loveland, Colorado, his mother Linda Shern and her partner David Hershman of Berthoud, Colorado, brother Darrick Depperschmidt of Melborne, Florida, Shanna's father James Rankin and his wife Shannon of Colorado

Springs, Colorado, Shanna's mother Bonnie Rankin and her partner Dusty Schneider of Fort Collins, Colorado.  Also, aunts, uncles and cousins.

     Justin is going to be cremated.  A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 2nd, 2022 at 11:00 am, at Viegut Funeral Home, 1616 N Lincoln Avenue, Loveland, Colorado.   Lunch will be served after the service also at Viegut Funeral Home.
