Obituary of Gerald Jack Hinkle

Gerald Jack Hinkle, 83, passed away on November 28, 2021, to be reunited with daughter Vaunda and son-in-law Todd Seek. Gerald was born March 22, 1938, in Windsor, Colorado to Jacob and Helen (Krause) Hinkle. He lived in the Windsor area and graduated from Windsor High School. On September 3, 1960, he married Bonita Wiedeman, the love of his life. They were married 61 years. They had two children Kevin and Vaunda. Gerald worked in construction and in 1971 he worked at Kodak Colorado as an engineer until he retired in 1992. Gerald enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, camping, boating, water skiing, and spending time with his family. Gerald and Bonnie enjoyed winters in Sun City Grand, Surprise, Arizona. Gerald is survived by his wife Bonnie, son Kevin, sisters Barbara Adler and Linda Sack, brother-in-law Larry Jacoby and nieces, nephews, and cousins. Gerald is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Vaunda Seek, son-in-law Todd Seek, sister Sharon Jacoby, brothers-in-law Ronald Adler and Gary Sack. In lieu of flowers donations may be to Faith Church, Windsor, Colorado. Gerald requested no services.
